Loose-Fill Family of Products

PELESPAN BIO- A 100% natural loose-fill made from corn and potato starch
that is completely biodegradable and compostable.

maintain maximum product protection regardless of the conditions.
 Roll
Stock
Durabubble roll stock from NEUTECH Packaging Systems is available in both
standard and anti-static form, and can be converted into custom sheets. Both
standard size rolls and retail size rolls are suitable for any industrial
application.
Durabubble Roll Stock can be easily customized to meet customers’ needs.
Can be slit to any size from 6"
Can be perforated to any size from 6"
Note: slit tolerance is +/- 1/4".
Perforation tolerance is +/- 5%.

Handi-Pak is a convenient bubble dispenser designed for ease of use and ideal
for low to moderate shipping requirements, retail markets and home applications.
Available in 12" or 24" widths and all bubble thicknesses, Handi-Pak is

 Endurabubble
Endurabubble Tri-web from NEUTECH Packaging Systems consists of Durabubble with
a sheet of polyethylene laminated to the top of the bubble. The result is a very
strong cushioning and surface protection product that provides additional
puncture resistance and bubble integrity.

Durabond
Durabond cohesive bubble from NEUTECH Packaging Systems bonds easily to itself
and not to the product being packaged. Durabond can be formed into an airtight
pouch resistant to moisture, water, dirt and grease, and is available in all
bubble thicknesses.

 Duramask
Duramask adhesive bubble from NEUTECH Packaging Systems will stick to products
of any shape and applies easily to unusual and hard to protect surfaces without
leaving a residue. Duramask is available in all bubble thicknesses.

 Durakraft
Durakraft Laminate consists of a layer of 40 lb. kraft paper laminated to 3/16",
5/16” or ½” Durabubble. The kraft paper absorbs moisture, can be written on
easily, and can be used to conceal the product being shipped.

 Flexfoil
Flexfoil Reflective Insulation from NEUTECH Packaging Systems is a uniquely
designed system of materials comprised of layers of insulating, heat sealed air
bubbles encased by a 99% pure aluminum foil outer surface.
FLEXFOIL provides space age management of heat and cold retention for a variety
of applications. Easy to install, FLEXFOIL offers many advantages over materials
such as expanded polystyrene, mineral wool or fiberglass insulation.

 Metalized
Flexfoil Metalized Polyester Bubble Laminate from NEUTECH Packaging Systems is a
tri-layer product consisting of a layer of metalized polyester, a single layer
of bubble and a white polyethylene backing sheet.
Metalized Polyester reflects radiant heat energy back towards its source.
Reflecting heat energy in this way is a very effective method of insulation.
Metalized Polyester Bubble Laminate can be formed into liners for cardboard
boxes and containers as well as pouches in a variety of sizes.

Seal
E-Z Seal Bubble Pouches from NEUTECH Packaging Systems are a cost effective,
labor saving packaging alternative. Manufactured from 3/16" regular or static
dissipative Durabubble, E-Z Seal pouches are available in standard or custom
sizes in 3 styles: self seal, lip only or flush.

 Box-a-Bubble
Box-a-Bubble from NEUTECH Packaging Systems is an octagonal shaped carton
containing a 4 foot wide roll of bubble that is sized to be shipped via courier.
This convenient dispenser is ideal for use in mail order operations, catalog

Shielding
Anti-static Shielding laminate from NEUTECH Packaging Systems combines the
protection of non-amine based antistatic Durabubble with a METALIZED
POLYESTER layer to create a complete electrical protection packaging material.
Anti-static Shielding laminate is available in rolls or pouches.
