The NEW Vertic-L from NEUTECH Packaging Systems provides a versatile, reliable
solution for packaging a wide variety of common and unusually shaped items in
bags up to 14" by 14". The small footprint Vertic-L, which uses flat roll stock
material, provides a cost-effective alternative to machines using pre-made bags.
Additional customer benefits that reduce downtime and allow for easy operation
include tool-less changeovers, user-friendly HMI control panel, a trim pull
device that saves time during roll stock replacement, and quick machine cycling
with a light curtain mechanism.
The E-Pac Vertical L Bar Sealer from NEUTECH Packaging
Systems is an all electric, versatile, easy to use
vertical packager featuring servo motor drives for film
feed and seal assembly open/close. As with all Rennco
packaging machinery, this model is equipped with our
constantly heated, coated seal bar sealing assembly for
smokeless, odorless sealing of polyethylene and
polyolefin films.
The E-Pac makes a bag around a
product using centerfolded polyethylene, polyolefin, or
PVC roll stock. Because of the vertical film path, this
bagging machine is ideal for cylindrical items, oddly
shaped products, and kit packaging.
All E-Pac machine functions (bag length, seal
opening, heater settings, dwell time, etc.) are
controlled from the operator interface panel. The E-Pac
is supplied with a light screen cycling system, lexan
interlocked perimeter guarding, adjustable seal assembly
opening from 2" to 7", air evacuation perforation, 5"
diameter locking casters, and load height adjustment
from 32" to 38".

Bulk Packaging System
This bulk packaging system is an automatic vertical
bagging packager that provides consistent and continuous
production for many items that require bulk packaging
including bottle caps, lottery pogs, and puzzle pieces.
The bulk packaging system is easily interfaced with
scales, counters and/or feeders for automatic loading.
Product Attributes:
240 volt, 1 phase, 60 Hz electric requirement
Packages up to a 24" x 52" bag size
Packages up to 18 lbs of product per bag
Cup Counter/Loader
The Model CCL (cup counter/loader) from NEUTECH Packaging Systems will accept
paper, thermoformed, and selected injection molded and foam cups. The Cup
Counter/Loader accepts a single line of nested cups from a continuous source.
Cups are counted utilizing fiber optic sensors and are then transferred to a
packager via conveyor. Incorrect stack counts are automatically removed from the
system for quality assurance.
Lid Packaging System
The Lid Packaging System from NEUTECH Packaging System accepts both thermoformed
and injection molded lids. Stacks of these lids are place into conveyor pockets,
either automatically or manually. The stacks are transported to the Vertical
L-Bar Sealer using a servo driven conveyor. A servo driven pusher then gently
places the stack of lids into a sealer.
Plate Infeed System
For manufacturers of paper, thermoformed and foam
plates, NEUTECH Packaging Systems offers systems to
count, accumulate, transfer and package their products.
Plate counts range from retail packages of 25 count to
bulk packages of 250. The majority of these plate
systems are automated and integrated with the
manufacturing line. Common stack heights from, but not
limited to, 1" to 20". These plate systems also handle
bowls.
Tray Counter/Loader
NEUTECH Packaging has systems available to count,
transfer and package foam trays and
polypropylene/polystyrene containers. The model TCL
(tray counter/loader) is used to receive product from
the trim presses and manufacturing lines of both foam
and rigid plastic products. If desired, we provide
equipment that will collate and overwrap multiple
packages. These machines allow NEUTECH Packaging Systems
to provide our customers with total production line
automation.
Trim Press Interfacing System
The newest innovation brought to you by NEUTECH Packaging Systems for the
disposables industry is trim press interfacing. Through extensive research,
development and field production, we offer manufacturing line interfacing
capability for a variety of thermoformed cups and lids. A complete packaging
interfacing system includes any or all of the following modules: tooling exit,
pre-staging, transfer, loading, conveying / counting and packaging. Our ongoing
OEM relationship will satisfy major interfacing issues so that our customers can
experience a smooth, trouble free installation. There are several options
available and interface units designed to handle a wide range of unique product
configurations and tool die designs.
Vertical Cup Counter/Loader
The Vertical Cup Counter/Loader (VCCL) from NEUTECH Packaging Systems is
available with one to four lane designs. The system can handle single and double
poly coated paper and clay coated cups. The product is typically fed into the
vertical "tower" system with the mouth of the cup leading. In standard
applications, the diameter of the cup should not exceed the overall height of
the cup. The VCCL towers count, accumulate and transfer the stack of cups to
either a single or dual seal assembly Vertical L-Bar Sealer.
Voyager Vertical L Bar Sealer
FAST! Up to 60 packages/minute. COMPACT! About
half the size of automatic horizontal L-bar sealers.
SMART! PLC controlled with a touch screen operator
interface panel that is easy to navigate and easy to
change machine settings. The panel is located on a
swivel arm that can be moved for operator convenience.

fully automatic. One Sharp MAX™ replaces up to 4 hand load stations using

Hawk V-6 Vertical Forming Filling and Sealing Machine

feeding unit for kit packaging. The conveyor is designed for increased
accuracy utilizing the optical counter, a standard component, to verify parts
quantities. It can be used as an infeed or take away conveyor. The
E-Z Feed Conveyor™ can be integrated with a bowl feeding system for automatic
operation. Standard size is 6ft. long with (12), 4" x 6" buckets, 1" deep,
with intermittent and continuous mode settings, and custom configurations are
