The Stretch Banner Applicator from NEUTECH Packaging Systems is an innovative
palletizing solution. The Banner Applicator Mechanism applies a banner

The Orbital Series stretch wrapper from NEUTECH Packaging Systems is specially
designed to unitize horizontal wrapping applications, such as doors, windows,
mouldings, shelves, and piping. The Orbital Series offers superior product

The PA-Series pallet stretch wrapper from NEUTECH Packaging Systems operates in
all environments and provides increased labor efficiency by allowing for the
entire wrap sequence to be completed without the forklift operator getting off
of the truck. The forklift operator sets the pallet onto the turntable platform
and activates the wrapping cycle from a remote pendant with an emergency stop
feature. Upon completion of the cycle, the stretch wrapper automatically clamps,
cuts and secures the film to the pallet to prevent it from unraveling. A large
72" diameter turntable, largest in the industry for this model, protects the
film clamp from damage during loading and unloading. The PA-Series stretch
wrapping machine is completely portable when used with the portable air
compressor.

The PAC-Series from NEUTECH Packaging Systems is a heavy-duty platform wrapper
designed to operate as a stand-alone unit or as an integral component of an
automated production line. This inline stretch wrapping system automatically
indexes the load into and out of the wrap zone without operator assistance. The
PAC-Series stretch wrapper is equipped with a 84" diameter conveyorized
turntable for a 4,000Lb. load capacity. This fully automatic stretch wrapping
system has the TIEGR film tail capture system leaving no film tails to worry
about.

Jolly Plus Stretch Film Machine
The Jolly Plus from NEUTECH Packaging Systems is a turntable machine for
wrapping with stretch film which can be used with trans-pallets, offering
greater wrapping options compared to the basic Jolly version. These functions
are easily selected from the control panel and include the independent control
of both low and high wrapping revolutions, the button for reinforcing wraps and
for the manual positioning of the table in phase. The Jolly Plus is equipped
with an FRD spool carriage with mechanical clutch and quick brake disengagement
device to facilitate operations of binding the film to the pallet. The capacity
of the plate, the useful height of the post and the power of the installed
motors make the Jolly Plus a machine which is completely at ease in the
industrial environment. The high standard of quality of the components used, the
use of inverters to control plate rotation (phase stopping, starting and

Jolly PPS Stretch Film Machine
The Jolly PPS from NEUTECH Packaging Systems is a machine which has the same
specifications as the Jolly Pus full optional, therefore has advanced wrapping
functions, a plate for use with trans-pallets and furthermore is equipped with a
carriage with motorized fixed ratio pre-stretching. In particular, the machine
is offered with 200% pre-stretching, but can also be ordered with 150% or 250%
pre-stretching. In addition, three additional pre-stretching kits (150%, 200%
and 250%) are available on the list. Another very important feature is that on
the Jolly PPS it is possible to check the pull of the film which therefore
becomes independent from the movement of the load to be wrapped. This control
takes place using a mechanical dandy roll which can be adjusted manually. The
Jolly PPS has, therefore, a high level of control over the forces in play during
the wrapping process with stretch film.
