extended production runs, produce packages for retail displays and wrap products
from roofing shingles to light bulbs. NEUTECH Packaging Systems also
offers a dependable line of intermittent and continuous motion bundling systems
designed to interact with today's high volume production lines. These tray
wrappers range from the economical 25 bundles per minute to the high speed 75
trays per minute with either open end or full closures. These systems are
designed to handle a wide range of trayed products: boxes, cans, bottles,

The ARROW intermittent motion side seal wrapper offers you the latest in shrink
packaging technology, featuring a proprietary design that provides fast,
user-friendly and reliable operation.
The ARROW's versatility picks up where the Automatic L-Bar Series leaves off.
Capable of running product as short as 2", up to infinite length and up to 6"
high. This flexible, low maintenance system is guaranteed to provide you with
high quality packaging for retail display. It will accept randomly fed product,
and intermixed lengths within its speed range.
The system does not require precise spacing like a continuous motion wrapper,
which simplifies infeed requirements.

HC37 Bottom Overlap Horizontal Shrink Wrapper
The HC37 horizontal shrink wrapper from NEUTECH Packaging Systems is ideal for
completely overwrapping individual products at speeds up to 80 packages per
minute. The HC37 bottom overlap shrink wrapper creates visually appealing
packages for retail display while increasing your product protection. The
complete overwrap ensures that freshness is kept in, while dirt and moisture is

HCF37-3 Bottom Overlap Horizontal Shrink Wrapper
The intermittent motion HCF37-3 fully automatic horizontal wrappers are
ideal for overwrapping large industrial products where total enclosure is
required. Capable of reaching speeds up to 15 packages per minute, the HCF37-3
operates by manually or automatically presenting the product to the infeed
conveyor. The required spacing can be created either by the machine or upstream
of the system. The product is then conveyed through a film forming head and a
cross seal is made. A shrink tunnel with a hot plate, located beneath the tunnel
belt, seals the film overlap on the bottom of the package. The result is an
attractive, totally enclosed product.

TS33CF Side Seal Horizontal Shrink Wrapper
The TS33CF side seal horizontal wrapper from NEUTECH Packaging Systems is
designed to package oversize retail and industrial products at speeds of up to
60 packages per minute*. The TS33CF uses up to 33" wide center folded
polyethylene, polyolefin or PVC films to shrink wrap large products such as
mailing envelopes, knock down boxes, shutters and desk pads. The TS33CF can wrap
packages of infinite length and can run products up to 10" high with an easy to
change product height adjustment. The unique side sealer provides close sealing
proximity, keeping the package graphics distortion free. The TS33CF allows
simple changeover for a variety of package configurations and film types. It has
crank adjustable height trim seal unit and a dial adjustable pouch length to
allow bag length change without flight spacing change. All adjustments are made
from the operator's side of the machine. The TS33CF is a continuous motion
wrapper with a single adjustable inverting head. It can be easily adjusted for
different product sizes without the use of tools.
