TL3 Small Diameter Wrap Labeling System

 

 

  • Applies up to 40 ppm with +/-1/32" accuracy
  • Labels a wide range of cylindrical products from 5/16" to 2-1/2" diameter
  • Products are loaded onto an infeed ramp and a custom product wheel presents the product to the labeling station. The TL3 applies the label as the product rotates under the impresser roller.
  • Optional lot/date coders

TL5 Large Diameter Wrap Labeling System

 

 

  • Applies up to 30 ppm with +/-1/32" accuracy
  • Labels a wide variety of cylindrical products from 2" to 6" diameter
  • Products are manually loaded into a product fixture. The operator activates a foot switch, which lifts the "cradle" up to the impresser roller. When the impresser roller contacts the product, a label is dispensed and wrapped around the product.
  • Optional lot/date coders
  • Product samples may include beverage containers, automotive parts and wine bottles
