The LD-X from NEUTECH Packaging Systems combines versatility and
ease-of-maintenance to maximize operational efficiency. The highlight of the
LD-X is the patent pending quick-release drive belts which allow the belts to be
changed, without tools, in a matter of seconds. The LD-X can be converted to
handle both 2" and 3" tape, and can be converted to run mirror image in the
field. These features give users the versatility they require to move the sealer
from line to line regardless of product flow direction or necessary tape size.
Interlocking side rails and a counterbalanced head adjustment ensures that
changeover is always quick and easy. Heavy-duty tubular steel construction

Packaging Systems was created to meet an increasing demand for a case sealer

The Uniform Legend from NEUTECH Packaging Systems is the
state of the art top and bottom case taper for sealing boxes effortlessly from
2.62" to 34" in height. A folder/mailer option is also available. This unit
incorporates a sealed drive, an internally mounted electrical systems and
includes the infeed pack table.

The Uniform Legend Top and Bottom (TB) from NEUTECH Packaging
Systems is the state of the art top and bottom drive case taper for sealing
unstable boxes with exceptional ease. Various conveyor heights are available on
this innovative case sealing solution. This unit incorporates a sealed drive,
internally mounted electrical systems, and includes the infeed pack table.
The LD-3SB from NEUTECH Packaging Systems is a reliable case
sealer for industrial environments, which seals
a wide range of uniform cases. A side belt driven tape sealer, it is recommended
for dimensionally unstable boxes, lightweight boxes and boxes as narrow as
3-1/4". The LD-3SB can be used for setting up empty boxes with bottom tape only.
The LD-3SB offers the following features: low maintenance, quick changeover,
proven side belt, simple operation, interchangeable tape cartridges, heavy duty

The SP-304 from NEUTECH Packaging Systems is an extended side
belt driven tape sealer, which propels cartons through a folding section, then
folds all major flaps and one upper flap. Repetitive motion is reduced and
productivity is increased with this innovative design. The SP-304
features: simple operation, proven side belt, bottom major flap folding bars,
narrow profile "T-rail" table, and top squeezer rollers.
24 hours/365 days per year reliability are what you can expect from the LD-16A,
a heavy duty fully automatic top and bottom case sealer from NEUTECH Packaging
Systems. Ideal for applications involving large runs of boxes, because box
adjustments can be made in less than one minute. Plug -in operation, and minimal
operator training make this compact, 77" length sealer, an assembly line
workhorse. Also available in Bottom belt and Side belt.
The Random Legend from NEUTECH Packaging Systems has a single mast, enclosed
head lifting cylinder, head raising air switch and comes standard with extended
side rails, and a roller in-feed table with integrated roller switch to operate
rails. Other features include a light touch head paddle, patented leg
extensions, interchangeable tape cartridges, reliable operation, heavy duty
steel construction, and a light touch roller switch.
The Random Legend Top & Bottom (TB) from NEUTECH Packaging
Systems is a semi-automatic case sealer that tapes the top and bottom of
random-sized cases. It can seal up to 15 cases per minute, depending on operator
speed. Plus it easily changes from sealing void/light boxes to overstuffed boxes
with the flip of a switch. Additional safety features include a single enclosed
mast for easy accessibility and a head that locks in place if air or power is
removed. Other Random TB features include interchangeable tape cartridges,
a heavy duty steel construction, and a light touch roller switch.
